This specialist service provides non surgical minimally invasive treatment for many conditions. This includes musculoskeletal, spinal, tendon, bursa, joint, cartilage, arthritis and nerve related conditions. We are dedicated to identifying the pain generator and the degenerating body part. Pain may originate from joints, tendons,
bursae, nerves
or structures in the spinal column.

For example, in back pain, the problem may be a disc bulge or prolapse, disorder of the spinal ligaments, scar tissue or facet arthritis. Of these different structures the most painful area is identified for possible treatment. The various treatment options are discussed. If non surgical treatment is an option, we may be able to offer this at IGTC.

Non surgical procedures range from stimulation of stem cells to regenerate painful degenerating tissue; ablation of nerves/cysts; percutaneous release of entrapment of nerves/tendons; to non surgical percutaneous treatment of painful spinal discs. All procedures are carried out by Dr Doss with pre and post treatment follow up consultation.

  • Regenerative Intervention: Regenerative Medicine is a new branch of medicine. A number of painful conditions of the joints, tendons, cartilage are due to degeneration. The body is unable to regenerate these tissues and there is an imbalance in the healing cascade resulting in pain and further damage. These tissues may be treated with a view to regenerating the damaged portion by regenerative interventional techniques.
